Naomi writes the cost guides on this site: what Botox runs by treatment area, how per-unit and per-area pricing compare, what drives the gap between medspa and dermatologist rates, and what to expect from a session and the days after. She is a healthcare cost writer, not a nurse, physician, or licensed injector, and nothing she writes stands in for a consultation with one. Her job is turning published pricing surveys and provider rate data into ranges a reader can act on, and saying plainly when a number is a rough estimate rather than a documented figure. She covers healthcare and cosmetic-procedure pricing across Encore Editorial's network of cost-guide sites.

Chris Terry

Founder and Editor. Chris founded Botox Cost and the wider Encore Editorial network of cost-guide sites, and holds every guide to the sourcing standards described on the editorial standards page. Chris does not write or byline the pricing guides here; that work is Naomi's. His role is oversight: keeping the calculator's assumptions honest, correcting errors readers flag, and making sure a guide never runs under a name that did not write it.

Every guide on this site carries Naomi Foster's byline because she wrote it. There is no house name and no invented "medical review board" behind the scenes.
